| As a component of the lung,alveoli provides a place for the human body to change gas constantly with the outside world.However,it also creates a condition for invasions of PM2.5,bacteria and viruses,resulting in lung injury diseases,which mainly include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute lung injury disease.Aiming at the above two lung injury diseases,we used dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine(DPPC)as a research object and developed corresponding materials for protection and treatment of lung.In this dissertation,chitosan(CTS)was used as a carrier for DPPC,results showed that DPPC and chitosan could absorb heavy metal ions which would induce lung damage,thus chronic lung injury caused by heavy metals in haze could be protected;Next,perfluorocarbon material was used as an encapsulation material to prepare multiple-emulsion for treatment of acute lung injury disease.1、the CTS NPs and CTS nanoparticles modified by DPPC could be obtained as the reports.The maximum adsorption capactiy of Cr(VI)from water using the CTS-DPPC nanoparticles(46.6mg/g)was more than 1.5times compared with the CTS NPs(32.1mg/g).The highest removal occurred at pH 3.The presence of excess sulfate ions influenced Cr(VI)adsorption more obviously while other co-ions tested,especially Ca2+and Mg2+,did not.The result of XPS indicated that both amino and hydroxyl groups were involved in the adsorption of Cr(VI)ions on the nanoparticles.All the results are indicative that CTS nanoparticles modified by DPPC(CTS-DPPC NPs)can be used as a promising sorbents for Cr(VI)removal.2、DPPC as the main ingredient,and then combined with PFOB,DPPC/PFOB combined emulsion was prepared.The emulsion was incubated with A549 cells to show its cell toxicity.And cell toxicity test shows that the DPPC/PFOB combined emulsion has low cell toxicity and improves the cell growth.Especially in low oxygen concentration,the emulsion can even rapidly recover the hypoxia and promote the cell growth.To investigate the its influence on the hypoxia-reoxygenation cell grow under different reoxygenation time and hypoxia time,the A549 cells are under hypoxia treatment and then incubated with combined emulsion with different time in the normal enviroment.Finally,we established rabbit model about acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and whole-lung lavage to investigate the influence of DPPC/PFOB combined emulsion on the improving the lung compliance and decrease inflammation,which proved that the combined emulsion can highly improve lung compliance、pressure of oxygen and lung inflammation after the inhaled the combined emulsion.In conclusion,the DPPC can be used as an important material to decrease the risk of chronic lung injury and provide the rapid treatment on the acute lung injury. |
