The buried scraper conveyor has the advantages of small size,good rigidity,convenient and quick maintenance,etc.It can improve the working conditions and reduce environmental pollution when transporting toxic,flammable and explosive materials,and has become a widely used bulk material transportation device.With the rapid development of computer network technology,the design of mechanical components is increasingly dependent on networked design techniques.The effective combination of networked design and mechanical component design can improve the design efficiency of mechanical components and achieve rapid and integrated mechanical design.In this paper,the network structure mode of B/S is selected,and the parametric design of the buried scraper conveyor is studied.Firstly,I elaborated the development method,integration application and implementation process of the parameterized integrated system of the buried scraper conveyor from the theoretical point of view.Secondly,the parameterized integration system is designed by using ASP.NET,ASP,UG secondary development,ActiveX and other related technologies.And the online selection design of the buried scraper conveyor,the parametric modeling of the components and the finite element simulation analysis are realized.Finally,the content and direction of further development and improvement are proposed.The research of this thesis improves the design efficiency of the buried scraper conveyor manufacturer,reduces the labor intensity of the designer,and promotes the application and development of the buried scraper conveyor.In order to study the parametric modeling system of the buried scraper conveyor,the components were created by internal and external modes.Considering the development costs and module performance,I selected external developers UG mode.By writing COM components,to achieve a long-distance call parametric modeling.In the man-machine interface,users do not need to install software UG,we can quickly achieve online parametric modeling of parts.In order to study the simulation analysis system of the buried scraper conveyor,two input methods of ANSYS APDL software,human-computer interaction mode and command flow input mode,were compared.Combining the advantages of two methods,I selected the APDL language to write a finite element analysis file.Using ASP.NET web page creation technology,the call to the APDL file is realized,and the static analysis of the component is completed.In addition,in order to improve the practicability and stability of the integrated system platform,performance testing are performed on the platform using a variety of testing methods.The results show that the integrated system platform has stable running performance,and each module can work together to realize an orderly buried scraper conveyor design task.
