Atmospheric and vacuum unit is the first step in the whole refining process.The yield and quality of products directly affect the benefit of enterprise.Combined with the comprehensive simulation of the 4.5Mt/a atmospheric and decompression unit of Dalian petrochemical company in the specific operation according to the relevant process,this subject conducts a detailed study on the operation optimization of the unit on this basis,providing a strong reference and theoretical support for the operation adjustment.According to the flow of the 4.5Mt/a atmospheric and decompression unit of Dalian petrochemical company,this paper makes a detailed simulation calculation of the primary column,atmospheric column and vacuum column by sequential module method according to the relevant operation flow.The real boiling point distillation data of crude oil is used to precisely cut the crude oil into a specific number of virtual components.Select a reasonable simulation in the process of refining unit module and physical property method of convergence,and clearly defined the tower in the application of specific simulation model and the related process parameters,the need according to the scientific operation process at the beginning of each simulation primary column,atmospheric column and vacuum column,column at this stage of the temperature,flow rate and quality index with the calibration value is almost uniform,the reliability and accuracy of the model are determined.The whole simulation result fully confirmed that the process simulation of the atmospheric and decompression device can comprehensively clarify the specific operation of the device.Through process simulation,the required device model can be obtained effectively,and the primary distillation tower and atmospheric pressure tower can be effectively optimized for specific requirements with the goal of maximizing the production of primary naphtha,atmospheric naphtha and kerosene.According to the professional guidance of the process manual,the univariate sensitivity analysis was carried out on the flow rate and quality index of the primary naphtha,atmospheric naphtha and kerosene aviation coal by selecting reasonable regulating variables,and the key variables affecting the primary naphtha,atmospheric naphtha and kerosene and quality index were found out.The key variables are taken as operation variables in this stage,and the product quality index is constrained effectively,and the SQP algorithm is used to optimize the calculation.On the basis of fully contenting the quality requirements of primary naphtha,atmospheric naphtha and kerosene,the optimum operation optimization scheme is obtained.After optimization,the primary naphtha can be increased by 4.3t/h,atmospheric naphtha can be increased by 3.1t/h,and kerosene can be increased by 10.7t/h.
