With the development of integrated circuit technology,portable high-precision micro-imaging equipment for microbial detection has become a research direction in related fields.In practice,this kind of equipment can solve the disadvantages of traditional microbial detection equipment,such as bulky,expensive,and can not be detected immediately.At the same time,compared with the traditional microbial detection process,it will save the sample inspection and simplify the sample processing process.In order to facilitate ordinary users to use portable microbial detection equipment and solve the storage problem of equipment,this paper provides cloud storage and sharing system for portable microbial system.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research status of portable microbial detection equipment and cloud storage is analyzed,and the requirement analysis of the system is given.The overall design of cloud storage and sharing system includes three parts: storage server,business server and Android terminal APP.Secondly,the whole system is divided into three entities based on system requirements,and three modules are implemented in Android terminal: local,cloud and user center,including user login and login,personal information maintenance,upgrading to professional users,image acquisition,image management and generation of Note,uploading local Note,viewing cloud Note list,viewing cloud Note details,commenting Note,replying comments,etc.Function.All the functional interfaces of Android terminal are implemented in business server,including user management and data management and HDFS client.The storage server uses HDFS distributed storage system to store real image data.To solve the problem that the storage system is not good at storing a large number of small files,this paper proposes an optimization scheme for storing small files.Thirdly,the experiment is carried out.Firstly,the test environment of the whole system is built,and then the function of the system is verified by black-box test.The work of this paper finally solves the problems that Android terminal may have,such as small storage capacity,data loss of Android terminal and data backup of Android terminal.The cloud storage and sharing system is applied to the microbial detection system.Through the sharing function,the remote user can access the system.The remote user can view the microbial detection experiments done by different experimenters in the field and participate in the discussion and learning of the experiment.
