Serious Soil erosion,land degradation,thin soil layer,serious engineering water shortage because of dual structure development characteristics and fragile ecological environment are the main limiting factors of economic development in karst rocky desertification area.In recent years,with the deepening of the control of rocky desertification,the number of derivatives about rocky desertification control has been increasing,promoting the industrialization of derivatives for rocky desertification control is an effective way to realize the coordinated development of ecological,economic and social benefits,but the industry has developed slowly because of extensive management practices and non-scientific product quality evaluation method.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a quality evaluation index system for ecological derivatives of rocky desertification control to realize the scientific management and quality division of derivatives,promote the economic development of rocky desertification areas,and achieve industrial poverty alleviation.Comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge such as human-ground system theory,soil chemistry theory,agroecology theory,food science theory,and ecological economics.choosing the Guanling-Zhenfeng Huajiang Middle-Strength Rock Desertification Management Area as the study area,and selecting two kinds of rocky desertification control typical derivatives of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya as research object.The fruit and soil samples of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya in different planting sites were collected in 2017-2018,and a questionnaire survey on the quality of pepper and Pitaya for market consumers was conducted at the end of 2018.Through data collation and experimental analysis,the quality evaluation index system of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya was established and its quality was evaluated and cognitive evaluation of the quality indicators of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya for market consumers was obtained in order to provide scientific and technological reference for the industrial development of the rocky desertification control derivatives named Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya.?1?Through the investigation of the resources of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu and Guanling Pitaya,the planting area and distribution of them has been expanding,and the distribution of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu is scattered.It is distributed in Dingtan District of Xingbei Town,Zhenfeng County?The villages of Silver Cave Bend,Chaeryan,Banwei,and flooded dams?,the quality of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu are better below 850 meters above sea level.The Guanling Pitaya is mainly distributed in the valley area of the Beipanjiang River basin with an altitude of less than 650 m.These areas are concentrated in the original Bangui town?in 2016,merged with Huajiang Town into Huajiang Town?,Huajiang Town,Shangguan Town,Bade Township and Xinpu Town.Among them,the combined Huajiang Town has the largest planting scale,accounting for 70%of the total area.Soil nutrient status mainly showed the characteristics of soil surface>stone trough>stone pit>stone groove in Diantan pepper planting area,and the soil nutrient status of Guanling Pitaya planting area showed the characteristics of sloping land<flat land<hollow.?2?The weight analysis of the main quality indexes of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu was carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process.The order of the total weights of the13 indicators was:C11?hydroxy-?-sanshool?>C8?linalool?>C12?hydroxyl-?-sanshool?>C7?limonene?>C13?hydroxy-?-sanshool?>C9?sabinene?>C2?taste?>C3?odor?>C4?appearance color?>C10?linaloyl acetate?>C6?oil gland distribution?>C1?thousand-grain weight?>C5?fruit size?,the results show that the scent and numbness index is the decisive index of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu,the quality status of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Yu-Lin Tu is“good”by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.seven indicators of dietary fiber,soluble sugar,solid-acid ratio,protein,soluble solids,titratable acid and sugar-acid ratio were selected as comprehensive indicators for quality evaluation of Pitaya by using principal component analysis,combined with quality comprehensive score and clusteringanalysis,the results show that there is a certain relationship between fruit quality and fruit size,which is characterized by middle fruit>large fruit>small fruit.?3?According to the results of questionnaires for consumerson the quality of pepper and Pitaya,consumers in the market have low awareness of the quality information of pepper and Pitaya,and lack of attention to the quality index information.The knowledge about the quality of pepper and Pitaya is less well understood.Most consumers use the mass media channels such as the Internet and radio and television to obtain relevant information.Less consumers get credible information through newspapers,expert lectures and label descriptions,etc.But consumers are more willing to learn from product labels,expert lectures,books and magazines.At the same time,consumers have strong subjective cognition of pepper and Pitaya quality indicators.Based on the results of Logistic model,female consumers pay more attention to and better understand the quality of pepper and pitaya than maleconsumers.Younger consumers also have higher awareness of the quality of pepper and Pitaya than older consumers.Consumers with high education level are more concerned about,more aware of,and more willing to know the quality of pepper and Pitaya.The level of attention and awareness about quality indicators of pepper and Pitaya is lower than those in various fields,but the cognitive willingness of pepper and Pitaya quality indicators for students is higher than that of practitioners in various fields.
