For the recycling of materials and the research goal of“green”environmentally friendly polymer materials,the performance exploration and composition modification of waste PP composites have very broad development prospects.Polypropylene has high density and electrical insulation,low density(0.89-0.91g/cm3),and excellent folding resistance is widely used in agricultural film,household daily,industrial products and coatings..However,due to the presence of a methyl group in a macromolecule,the modulus is low,the toughness is low,and the weather resistance is poor.Therefore,when subjected to pressure,it cannot be broken due to the force,and therefore should have a certain toughness.In this paper,the modified polypropylene is modified by trans-polycyclopentene rubber(TPR),and two different inorganic particles of silica(SiO2)and anhydrous calcium sulfate(ACSW)are introduced to jointly reform the waste polypropylene.Sexuality,respectively,studied the addition content of two kinds of inorganic particles to the waste polypropylene binary blend system,ternary blend system,and the modification of quaternary blending system after adding trans-cyclopentene rubber on ternary basis The effects were tested by tensile properties,impact properties,aging properties,and SEM and XPS on binary,ternary,and quaternary composites.The results show that the comprehensive modification effect of inorganic particles SiO2 and trans-polycyclopentene rubber on waste polypropylene is better than that of inorganic particles anhydrous calcium sulfate and trans-polycyclopentene rubber.When the addition amount of the inorganic particles SiO2 is 10%,the impact strength of the 10%SiO2/waste polypropylene binary composite material is the best.On the basis of this,when the addition amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate is 30%-40%,the impact strength of 10%SiO2/30%-40%anhydrous calcium sulfate/waste polypropylene ternary composite material is obviously improved.When the ratio of the quaternary composite SiO2/anhydrous calcium sulfate/trans-polycyclopentene rubber/waste PP is 10:40:25:100,the impact strength reaches 8.31 KJ/m2 and the tensile strength is 10.73 MPa.Compared with a single waste PP,it increased by 91.91%and 48.20%,and the overall performance was the best.Through the natural aging test of binary,ternary and quaternary optimal proportioning materials,the tensile strength,impact strength,processing fluidity measurement and electron microscopy and photoelectric energy spectrum tests show that trans-cyclopentene rubber Adding will effectively slow down the aging of waste polypropylene.
