This project plans to develop and realize a planning and scheduling system known as APS(Advanced Planning And Scheduling)based on the flexible packaging printing production of Shaanxi Beiren Printing Machinery Co.,Ltd,which has deployed ERP,WMS and MES.After thoroughly investigating its flexible packaging printing production line,designing the APS system including two parts:the planning model and the client system which realize data commuication through interface.The planning model is based on the open source scheduling engine Optaplanner,abstracting the soft package production business process into a multi-resource and multi-process plan type,forming a product process route task chain and a machine task chain,combined with Optaplanner's Chained Through Time Pattern,which is improved to meet current business requirements.The Drools rule function is written according to the business rules to realize the constraint and optimization of the planning model.Verifying and analyzing the reliability of the model according to the actual business.Configuring different heuristic algorithms to compare and analyze the performance of different algorithms using Benchmark test.The client system designing is based on the.Net MVC technology framework,the associated entity model is designed by Code First,which will map to Sql Server to form a database using Entity Framework.The design client system mainly consists of three modules:basic data,planning strategy,and scheduling results.The basic data is according to the existing data categories in the production business process,such as orders,equipment,processes,etc.The order and inventory module,product and process module,equipment and process module for managing the basic data are designed to form the basic data part.The schedule part is used to select planning parameters,which will be disassembled into a series of process tasks according to the relationship between the basic data.The planning model receives the data through the heterogeneous WCF interface and executes the calculation.The scheduling result section displays the planning results from the planning model from the perspectives of orders,machines,and materials in the form of reports and Gantt charts.
