| Global warming has forced people to pay attention to the impact of their own activities on environment.To alleviate the global warming process,members of the supply chain are actively taking measures.The government has issued cap-and-trade policy,consumers tend to use low-carbon products,the manufacturer introduces low-carbon technologies for production,the retailer participates in low-carbon practices,which can alleviate the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection.Throughout the product-life-cycle,retailer’s low-carbon strategies are variety.Using which low-carbon strategy has becom.e an important issue for enterprises and supply chain.This thesis established a benchmark model,where the retailer doesn’t participate in carbon reduction practice.Then,based on the benchmark model,from the perspective of product-life-cycle,this thesis established three carbon reduction models of supply chain,where the retailer adopts carbon R&D sharing strategy in product development stage,adopts low-c.arbon procuring strategy in product procuringt stage,adopts low-car-bon advertising strategy in product saling stage.Finally,from the two dimensions of economic performance and environmental performance,this thesis compared the impact of three low-carbon strategies on carbon reduction of supply chain.Specifically,these research contents of this thesis are organized as follows:First,in the context where retailer doesn’t participate in carbon reduction practice,a benchmark carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain was established.In the ligt of carbon reduction practice ch aracteristics,single-period supp ly chain cann’t reflect the actual situation.Considering the impact of carbon R&D costs on the market demand in the first period and second period,this thesis established a benckmark carbon reduction m odel of two-period supply chain.Based on the above background,the results are solved as a basis for subsequent chapters.Then,in product development stage,under carbon R&D costs sharing strategy,a carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain was eatablished.Based on the benchmark model,to increase the market demand for low-carbon products,the retailer is willing to share a proportion of carbon R&D costs at the beginning of first period,this thesis established a carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain under carbon R&D costs sharing strategy.From two dimensions of economy and environment,the impact of carbon R&D costs sharing strategy on supply chain was discussed.The results show that in the context of high carbon-trading price,the carbon R&D costs sharing strategy can improve the economic performance and environmental performance of the supply chain simultaneously.Then,in product procuring stage,under low-carbon procuring strategy,a carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain was eatablished.Based on the benchmark model,to reduce the total cost of long-term operation,the retailer develops an effective procuring strategy,this thesis established a carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain under low-carbon procuring strategy.From two dimensions of economy and environment,the impact of low-carbon procuring strategy on supply chain was discussed.The results shows that regardless of carbon-trading price,the low-carbon procuring strategy can improve the economic performance and environmental performance of supply chain simultaneously.Further,in product saling stage,under low-carbon advertising strategy,a carbon reduction model of two-period supply chain was eatablished.Based on the benchmark model,the retailer strats a low-carbon advertising practice in the first period,which can affects consumers’behavior.However,as the time goes by,the impact of low-carbon advertising are reduced.From the two dimensions of economy and environment,the impact of low-carbon advertising strategy on supply chain was discussed.The results show that regardless of carbon-trading price,the low-carbon advertising strategy can improve the economic performance and environmental performance of the supply chain simultaneously.Finally,based on the above research,from the dimension of economy and environment,this thesis compared the impact of the three low-carbon strategies.The results show that carbon-trading price,inventory cost and low-carbon advertising sensitivity coefficient are the key factors affecting the retailer’s optimal low-carbon strategy choice.Under different conditions,the optimal low-carbon strategy that the retailer can adopt are different.This thesis validated the effectiveness of retailer’s low-carbon strategies to improve low-carbon supply chain performance,finds the boundaries of optimal low-carbon strategy for retailer.These conclusions obtained in this thesis can provide a new perspective for low-carbon supply chain research,provide theoretical guidance for retailers to participate in carbon reduction practice,which has important theoretical and practical significance. |
