| Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co,Ltd.belongs to sedimentary metamorphic iron deposit.the gangue minerals containing iron minerals include quartz,barite,Jasper,iron dolomite,phyllite and so on.magnetization roasting pretreatment technology is one of the most effective methods to treat refractory iron ore resources.The magnetic properties of calcined products are different from those of natural magnetite.the magnetic properties of calcined products are weak,but the coercivity and remanence are high.The magnetic strength directly affects the magnetic separation effect,and the existence of coercivity and remanence will make the magnetic minerals include certain non-magnetic gangue minerals in the magnetic separation process,affect the magnetic separation index,reduce the metal recovery rate,and cause the waste of resources and energy.Therefore,it is an important means for the sustainable development of refractory iron ore to further improve the metal recovery rate of magnetized roasting products.In this study,Jingtieshan iron ore of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object,and the reduction magnetization roasting of Jingtieshan iron ore is carried out by reducing the burned shaft furnace.through the study of the particle size composition of the ore into the furnace,the small block stone mixed with the large ore is loaded into the furnace,Filling into the gap of large ore reduces the permeability of ore in the furnace and improves the utilization efficiency of heating gas in shaft furnace.Through the optimization of the thermal system of the reduction roasting shaft furnace,the amount of heating gas is increased,the ore temperature is increased,the decomposition of siderite is promoted,and not only the content of magnetite in the roasted ore is increased,The reduction gas CO,is produced to further reduce the Fe2O3,in vitrinite to obtain magnetite,which can reduce the power energy consumption and improve the recovery rate of roasting crazy metal. |
