Textiles and silicone rubber are widely used in modern architecture and life,and once these materials are burned,they will be difficult to control and more harmful.The application of flame retardant in building fire protection is of great significance.For the shortcomings and shortcomings of current flame retardants,green and high-efficiency flame retardant materials—graphene and boron nitride—are selected by SEM,XRD and other characterization experiments.Successful preparation and modification;at the same time,this paper proposes to apply modified graphene oxide and boron nitride nanosheets to textiles and silicone rubber,and use the limiting oxygen index,thermogravimetry,combustion heat,cone calorimeter and other experimental analysis to explore its Flame retardant effect,the test results are as follows:The microstructure and crystal structure of the prepared samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The crystallinity and diffraction peaks of boron nitride nanosheets were tested by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.P and N elements were successfully doped into graphene;the basic structure of the sample was determined by X-ray powder diffraction experiment,and the interlayer spacing of the samples was calculated.It was found that the interlayer spacing of the modified material became larger due to the doping of the elements;Infrared spectroscopy and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy experiments confirmed the characteristic functional groups of the samples,and successful stripping of boron nitride nanosheets and successful doping of elements were found.The modified graphene oxide and boron nitride nanosheets are coated on the fabric,and the experiment is carried out by using the limiting oxygen index,the combustion heat,the thermogravimetry,the cone calorimeter,the carbon skeleton analysis,etc.,to obtain that the graphene oxide acts alone on the fabric.The obvious flame retardant effect,phosphorus modified graphene oxide has the best flame retardant effect,and has a certain smoke suppressing effect on cotton cloth.Nitrogen modified graphene oxide is not ideal in flame retardant,but it has strong anti-smoking.The role of boron nitride nanosheets and HCCP modified boron nitride nanosheets has good flame retardant effect on cotton fabrics.The flame retardant effect of boron nitride alone on thin materials is not ideal,but HCCP modified nitrogen The flame retardant effect of the treated boron nanosheets is better.The fit of the sample to the fabric is relatively good,and the modified sample has a certain protective effect on the fabric fiber.The modified graphene oxide and boron nitride nanosheets were added to the silicone rubber through a rubber mixer.The analysis of the limiting oxygen index and thermogravimetric analysis showed that the graphene oxide did not help the silicone rubber flame retardant,but the phosphorus modified graphite oxide.The treated samples have better flame retardant effect;HCCP modified boron nitride nanosheets have the best flame retardant effect,followed by boron nitride nanosheets and boron nitride raw materials.
