As coal mining continues to extend deeper,the support of the Pump room is becoming more and more difficult.Heng yuan coal mine after entering the-600 level of mining,the support method that was originally successfully applied in the shallow part has been difficult to control the deformation and destruction of the pump room after entering the deep part,especially under the influence of the mining face adjacent to the mining face,the stability of the pump water is greatly damaged,and the same level of substation,winch room and other large-section drift encounter the same problem.therefore,This paper studies the stability control technology of the broken rock in the pump house,and has certain guiding significance for the restoration of similar drift in Heng yuan Coal Mine.This paper takes Heng yuan Coal Mine-600 horizontal central pumping house as the research object,useing field research,theoretical analysis,laboratory test,numerical simulation and other research methods to carry out related research,obtain the distribution characteristics of surrounding rock fraction through drillhole peeping,and analyze the diverticulum original.The reasons for the failure of the support were studied.The influence of the secondary working face II632 on the stability of the diverticulum was studied.On the basic of the research,the control technology of the large-section diverticulum surrounding rock was proposed,and the on-site industrial test was carried out.Whether the control technology can achieve good control results.The research results of the instability and damage of the surrounding rock of the pump room show that the original supporting form has weak bearing parts,especially under the influence of dynamic pressure,the weak link of the support first breaks.For the special drift such as the pump room,due to many drift intersections,resulting in asymmetry and non-uniformity in the deformation and failure,in which the deformation and damage of the suction well side is particularly serious,and the roof and bottom of the pump room have not been able to effectively control the deformation under the original support.Based on the control principle of drift under the influence of actual measurement and dynamic pressure,a hierarchical grouting technique is proposed to cooperate with high-strength and stable anchorage cable control technology.On the basic of using layer grouting to re-cement the collapsed surrounding rock to form a bearing structure,Lane repair,due to the accident occurred in the diverticulum,so only the gang is enlargedwhen the road is expanded,and the roof remains unchanged.After the road expansion,a support and secondary support should be carried out in time,one of which is followed by the support.Expanding the section of the roadway,so that the mid-high pretightening anchor rod of the primary support is integrated with the original support,and the damage of the original support structure is reduced as much as possible,while the secondary support is oriented with the high pre-stressed anchor cable.The weak link in the support is strengthened and strengthened,so that the shallow part and the deep part of the surrounding rock form a unified bearing structure,which further improves the strength,rigidity and stability of the supporting structure.When the bottom plate is reinforced,the special for the pump house Sexuality,controlled by pump base and nonbase during maintenance.On the basic of analysis and research,an on-site industrial test was carried out on the Heng yuan Coal Mine-600 horizontal central pump room.The surface displacement monitoring and drillhole peeping results of the surrounding rock of the pump room showed that the fracture in the surrounding rock of the chamber after repairing were no longer developed,the integrity of the rock mass is greatly improved.At the same time,within six months after the reinforcement,the relative movement of the two well surfaces is 40 mm,and the relative displacement of the top and bottom surfaces is 70 mm,This shows that the control effect is good.
