With the development of information technology and network,its application has become more and more widespread.The technology of three dimensional simulation and visualization has gradually entered every corner of our lives,which means that an era in which we can travel around the world in front of the computer is coming.Oil transportation station and oil depot are not only the main fields of oil reserve but also the focus ground of flammable and combustible things,so the problem of oil depot safety can not be ignored.So,how to improve the safety consciousness and ability of oil depot employees and rescue workers to resolve emergency is a necessary task of oil depot safety.When the fire accident happens,if fire fighters and medical rescue team can find the best way to arrive at the scene of accident in time is vital importance.An improved A* algorithm was proposed in this paper.On the one hand,because of the regular map and a few searching nodes,the process of searching Open list was improved to accelerate the search speed.On the other hand,roads in the oil depot are straight without any obstacle,hierarchical road search was proposed to improve the search efficiency.Finally,a comprehensive improved routing algorithm is proposed in this paper integrating the two improved algorithms,and experimental results show that the algorithm has improved efficiency.Through 3D modeling technology,this paper established the model of oil depot,fire brigade and kinds of vehicles.Besides,modeling persons,model of walking,ringing and rotating the valves was realized.And we made the special model,such as flame,smoke and water column.On the basis of the above research,this paper implemented a three dimensional visual fire simulation training system for oil depot.The aim of the system is to improve the cooperating ability of all participants by simulating the real training scene and accident scene.The simulation training is conducted through the technology of 3D visualization.In this way,the ability of decision makers to dispatch,command and make decisions can be improved,and the ability of staff to solve emergency can be improved.In addition,the system offers the function to record and playback to evaluate and analyze the simulation accident.
