FCC slurry is a part of uncracked components in the process of FCC.It is mainly composed of saturated fraction, aromatic fraction and a small amount of colloidal. It is generally used as a harmonic component of inferior residue fuel oil,and its economic benefit is low.In order to improve the value of FCC slurry, this paper studied the extraction process of FCC slurry. The experiments was carried out in condition of different temperatures(60°C,75°C,90°C)and different mass ratios of solvent-oil(1:1,2:1,3:1).In the experiment, furfural was used as solvent and FCC slurry was used as raw material.By analyzing the extraction yield, the composition of extracting oil and selectivity coefficient,we found that the optimum extraction temperature was 60°C and the optimum ratio of solvent-oil was 1:1 in the single stage extraction.Dilution-filtered FCC slurry is chosen as the research object. The extraction experiments were carried out under conditions of extraction temperature of 60°C,extraction stage of grade 5,the mass ratios of solvent-oil were 2:1 and 3:1.The results show that the optimum mass ratios of solvent-oil is 2:1.In this paper, the residual oil and extraction oil were analyzed, and the results showed that the indexes of residual oil products could meet the RME180 index of marine fuel oil,and it could be used as blending group;extracting oil can be used as rubber oil blending components. The deasphalting effect of furfural extraction oil was investigated. The results showed that the content of colloidal in the extracted oil decreased from 23.45% to 4.1% under the condition of the mass ratios of solvent-oil was 10:1.The effects of different extraction conditions on the extraction of deasphalted oil were investigated. The results showed that the content of PCAs in the residual oil could be reduced to 21.63% under the condition of extraction temperature of 30°C and furfural as extractant.
