This thesis has investigated the influence of ultrasonic pretreatment on the process of coal-hydrogen in the oil refining.It specifically studies the influence of ultrasonic pretreatment on the structure of coal oil co processing and the influence of different ultrasonic conditions on the quality of co-refined products.According to the different raw material combination experiments,it was divided into 8 groups.205 times of Simulation Solution Autoclave Immersion Test were conducted.Through gas chromatograph,simulated distillation and four industrial divisions,the analysis of elements and coal liquefaction rate determine the influence of different ultrasonic conditions on the quality of co-refined products.Through carefully research,it could be founded that after ultrasonic pretreatment,the total number of solvent oil and the average molecular weight are reduced.The content of veneer reduced and the hydrogenation capacity have strengthened and the oil quality has enhanced.The moisture and ash contents reduced.The volatile content and fixed carbon content have increased.Apart from these,the liquefying power and the overall quality of experimental coal are enhanced as well.The experimental coal liquefaction rates of different groups increase with the increasing of ultrasonic power,ultrasound time and ultrasonic temperature.When the ultrasonic power reaches 600-700 W,ultrasound time is 60-70 min and ultrasonic temperature is about 60-70?,the experimental coal liquefaction rates of different groups appeared peaks in succession.When ultrasonic conditions continuously increased,the experimental coal liquefaction rates of different groups declined in the trend.The experimental liquid products' N contents and solid products' S contents of these groups reduce first then increase with the increasing of ultrasonic power,ultrasound time and ultrasonic temperature.While the experimental liquid products' S contents and solid products' N contents increase first then reduce with the increasing of ultrasonic power,ultrasound time and ultrasonic temperature.When the ultrasonic power reaches 600-700 W,ultrasound time is 60-70 min and ultrasonic temperature is about 60-70?,the S contents and N contents of each experimental group appeared peaks in succession.The solid product moisture contents and ash contents decrease gradually with the increasing of ultrasonic power and ultrasound time.While these contents show a trend of reducing first then increasing with the increasing of ultrasonic temperature.The volatile contents reduce first then increase with the increasing of ultrasound time.The relative content of fixed carbon is decided by moisture,ash and volatile contents.It first increases and then decreases with the increasing of ultrasonic power,ultrasound time and ultrasonic temperature.There are some fluctuations in this trend.The gas generating rate of every experiment is mainly influenced by co-refined reactions.Its general changing rule is similar to the changing rule of coal liquefaction rate.The gas production rate first increases then decreases with the increasing of ultrasonic power,ultrasound time and ultrasonic temperature.However,the structures of solvent oil and experimental coal are rather complicated.The reason of aerogenesis is complicated and various.This made there are some fluctuations in changing trend of gas production rate.The boiling range of liquid products in each experimental group has little change before and after ultrasound pretreatment.
