Study On Integrated Injection And Production Technology For Heavy Oil Horizontal Well

At present,the heavy oil horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfield are mainly using pumping unit.During the conventional steam injection cycle,four times of running and pulling operation of the steam injection and production columns are needed so as to transform to pump,and the process is quite tedious,which lasts quite long time and causes much heat lost.The injection and production integrated pump can realize the integration of steam injection and oil production,but it can not enter into the well with 70 degree angle or more and is also not suitable to the horizontal well.Therefore,it is quite essential to develop injection and production integrated technology for heavy oil horizontal well.This paper mainly discusses the flexible connection of the injection and production integ rated horizontal pump.Piston grading flexible connection structure and flexible connection m aterial are adopted to resolve the problem that the integrated horizontal pump could not run th rough the kickoff point.Using the rod and column suspension and bending protection technol ogy to improve the fatigue resistance of the column.Besides,the hydraulic feedback technolo gy is applied to solve the rod string running slow problem,and employing the anti-scaling inje ction and conversion technology to prevent scaling.Thanks to those studies,this thesis has de veloped the integration lifting technology for heavy oil production wells which can realize the multiple round injection and production cycle in horizontal wells.This technology was tested in one well,and the injection production period was prolonged for 128 days,and the time cos t for transforming to pump operation was shortened by 4-6 days.This technology is based on t he horizontal pump of heavy oil well,mating wellhead suspension device and so on to realize the injection and production integration of heavy oil horizontal well,which increase the pump hanging and simplify the operation process.This technology can prolong the production cycl e,save the operation cost,and has broad application prospect.
