| Crude oil is a mixture of complex hydrocarbons containing various components such as paraffin,asphaltenes and glial.Easy condensed high-viscosity crude oil,including high density of heavy crude oil(commonly known as heavy oil)and high wax content of paraffin-based crude oil(commonly known as waxy crude oil).Crude oil produced by Shengli oilfield has the characteristics of high pour point or larger viscosity,which have great influence on the exploitation and transportation of crude oil.This study has carried out research and application from indoor screening test,indoor evaluation test,indoor pipeline drag reduction test,field increase test,research and treatment of harmless wastewater.Monitoring and testing the Shengli oilfield output of Qi Lu crude oil physical parameters,including the freezing point and viscosity and other indicators for the project to provide data support.Study on the main mechanism of crude oil retarder and reducing agent on crude oil gathering and transportation,and its physical properties and safety;in the indoor screening of pharmaceuticals,the effects of different chemicals on the coagulation point,viscosity,biodegradability and dehydration effect of crude oil were investigated.The technical evaluation was provided for the screening of suitable pharmaceuticals.The effects of the chemical on the desalination effect and the possible performance of the drainage were investigated.The effects of the chemical on the desalination effect and the drainage performance were investigated.The results were determined and recommended according to the indoor test results.For the additive type and additive scheme,and finally to carry out industrial stimulation experiments,and to carry out tracking services to further improve and optimize the additive program.For the initial industrial survey,the Qi Lu branch of Shengli refinery 20000m~3 high COD waste water can not meet the discharge standard,carried out a multi-program study,and finally selected a harmless treatment program and implemented a successful solution to the problem. |
