With the continuing impact of the recent nationwide smog,the area of the implementation of Jingâ…¤ gasoline standard is expanding,and the demand for gasoline in the country(Beijing)has increased significantly.The use of MTBE products as the main high octane number of gasoline will increase,how to reduce the sulfur content to 10 mg/Kg to meet the gasoline production need to become a common problem of many refinery enterprises.Based on the analysis of the distribution and morphology of sulfur and MTBE product sulfur in MTBE,two methods to reduce the sulfur content of MTBE are studied according to the different causes of sulfur,the optimization of the raw material LPG desulfurization and MTBE product desulfurization technology.In this paper,the raw material desulfurization device of MTBE,the operation of catalytic liquefied gas desulfurization mercaptan removal device is analyzed.Through the modification and optimization of LPG sweetening unit,the sulfur content of MTBE unit is reduced,the sulfur content of MTBE product is reduced by reducing the raw sulfur content.Secondly,the operation of MTBE unit in Qingdao was analyzed,the feasibility of reducing sulfur content of MTBE product by side line extraction distillation was simulated by PRO/II software.The operation of desulfurization facilities in the lateral line extraction extractive distillation process was analyzed.A company in Qingdao can reduce the sulfur content of MTBE product to about 40 mg / kg by reducing the sulfur in raw materials of MTBE unit.Using the side line extraction distillation process for deep desulfurization of MTBE products,MTBE product sulfur content can be reduced to about 15 mg/Kg,meet the needs of the whole plant gasoline blending.Through the analysis of the operation of the device,the bottleneck of the device operation is found,and the direction is found for the device through the subsequent transformation to solve the device bottleneck.
