The sand conglomerate reservoir is an important and special lithologic oil and gas reservoir. The depth of the formations is deeper than other reservoir's formations.Detrital rock takes a large proportion in the lithologic formations. The physical properties of the lithologic formations is not always so ideal because of the deposition of the sediments and anisotropism. The permeability and porosity is low.The complication of pore structure makes the flowing of oil and gas difficult to describe. The studies about lithologic reservoirs is few. Therefore,it is meaningful to do the physical-water-flooding experiments to understand the seepage characteristics. In the paper,big-diameter core is made according to proportion of different sizes grain. Then the physical properties of the cores are measured and valuable cores are chosen. In order to study the seepage laws of lithologic reservoirs, water flooding experiments to the cores is measured and different factors are considered, including the permeability of the formations, the rate of water flooding and the size of the rock samples. In order to describe the seepage mechanism, the JBN method is used to deal with the experimental data and two relative permeability curves are acquired.According to the relative permeability curves, the parallel-connection water flooding experiments are measured and the practical effect of permeability range to the production of a large of formations is studied.
