| Rice wine,as a traditional liquor in China,has long been popular among Chinese people.With the rapid development of science and technology,the manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development,and as a food manufacturing industry,most of the brewing industry is still using backward production process,its production process has not been highly automated,the application of new technology is less,the management process is not standardized and other issues prominent.The brewing of beer and wine has been studied extensively in foreign countries and the latest research results have been industrialized and applied.The breweries are advanced in technology,highly automated and guided by scientific management ideas.Their production efficiency and wine quality are far higher than those in China.This paper takes A distillery as the research object,aiming at improving the quality control level of the company.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The production technology of the winery was analyzed,the factors affecting the quality of rice wine production were analyzed by 5M1 E,the quality control process of raw materials and process was put forward,the application premise of statistical process control(SPC)was analyzed,and the SPC application example was given.Temperature control after second harrows shows that SPC method can detect the abnormality of rice wine production process and has good effect on the quality control of rice wine.(2)For the time-varying,nonlinear and coupling of temperature control process,the traditional PID controller can not be well applied to its pre-fermentation process.The PID controller is improved by BP neural network.The improved controller takes the temperature of the three temperature measuring points on the fermentor as the control variable,eliminating the coupling of the process.BP neural network is used to adjust the parameters of the controller.The simulation results based on Simulink show that with the training of PID controller,the improved PID controller has the effect of quick response and eliminating vibration,and its control performance is superior to the traditional PID controller,which basically achieves the desired design goals.(3)The FCS control system is designed to solve the problem of low efficiency of information transmission in the production process of rice wine.The wireless sensor network(WSN)is designed based on ZigBee technology.The nodes of the sensor are arranged reasonably and the algorithm is used to assign the short address of the network.The function of the upper computer software of the monitoring system is designed by using MCGS software.The designed monitoring software has friendly human-computer interaction and perfect function,andreal-timedisplay of parameters and control of process.is realized.From the point of view of process control,through the analysis of the whole production process and present situation of A Winery,this paper designs the whole process from the introduction of SPC method to its implementation,which provides a basis for the enterprise to improve the quality management level.Through the improvement of temperature control system,the precision of temperature control was improved,and the automatic control of rice wine production process was promoted.The design of control system based on WSN speeds up the efficiency of data transmission in the production process,and realizes the rapid decision-making and online control in the production process.If the improved controller can train and learn a lot for the actual fermentation process,and then be applied to the actual control and test its performance,it is expected to achieve industrial application. |
