Application Research On ZSFB Composite Fiber Material In Phosphorus Reduction Of Water Control

In recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization and the expansion of urbanization,the pollution of the water environment has become more and more serious.A large amount of untreated sewage has been discharged into natural water bodies,causing serious pollution to the water environment,resulting in eutrophication of water bodies.People’s water security is affected.A large number of academic studies have shown that phosphorus is the minimum limiting factor for the eutrophication of water,and the removal of phosphorus is the key to prevention and control of water eutrophication.Therefore,phosphorus removal and control play a crucial role in water body management.The development of high-efficiency phosphorus removal and low-cost phosphorus removal materials is an important research direction to control the eutrophication of water bodies and the treatment of water bodies.In this paper,in order to develop a highly efficient and economical phosphorus removal material for water bodies,the phosphorus removal performances of steel slag,fly ash and zeolite materials were studied.Cellulose acetate was used as a carrier,and basalt fiber was used as a reinforcement material.ZSFB composite fiber material was prepared by wet spinning technology.On this basis,the ZSFB composite fiber was characterized,its phosphorus removal performance and its application in the actual water treatment of phosphorus reduction were explored.The main contents are as follows:(1)The phosphorus removal performance of steel slag,fly ash and zeolite was studied.The results show that the phosphorus adsorption process of steel slag and fly ash conforms to the Langmuir model.The maximum saturated adsorption capacities of steel slag and fly ash to phosphorus are 88.256 and 8.504 mg/g.The adsorption process of phosphorus on zeolite complies with the Langmuir model and Freundlich model.The maximum saturation adsorption of phosphorus on zeolite is 0.171 mg/g.(2)Using cellulose acetate as carrier,steel slag,fly ash and zeolite as the phosphorus removal substrate,and basalt fiber as the reinforcement material,continuous ZSFB composite fiber materials were prepared by wet spinning technology.The microstructure of the fiber was observed by scanning electron microscopy.It can be seen that the ZSFB composite fiber has a rougher surface than the cellulose acetate fiber,the honeycomb structure inside,the steel slag,the fly ash and the zeolite powder are evenly distributed.(3)The phosphorus removal performance of ZSFB composite fibers was studied.Through static adsorption,the removal ability of the composite fiber to phosphorus was investigated,and the isotherm was fitted to study the adsorption process of phosphorus on the composite fiber.The results showed that the maximum saturated adsorption capacity of the composite fiber was 3.745、3.905and 4.177 mg/g at 15、25、and 35°C.The adsorption process conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of phosphorus by fiber was an endothermic process.(4)The effects of temperature,pH,fiber dosage and initial phosphorus concentration on the phosphorus removal efficiency of ZSFB composite fiber were studied.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of composite fiber was positively correlated with temperature,fiber dosage and initial phosphorus concentration of the solution.Under the conditions,the longer the adsorption time,the better the phosphorus removal effect of the fiber;under different pH values,the phosphorus removal capacity of the ZSFB composite fiber is the best in the acidic environment,followed by the alkaline environment,and the worst in the neutral environment;Neutral environment,acidic or alkaline conditions can improve the phosphorus removal effect of ZSFB composite fiber,therefore,ZSFB composite fiber phosphorus removal has better acid-base adaptability.(5)Through the raw water phosphorus reduction experiment,it was proved that the ZSFB composite fiber has a good effect of phosphorus removal.When the phosphorus concentration in raw water is 0.3mg/L,the dosage of composite fiber is 5.13 kg/m~2,and the flux of permeate is between 30L/(d·m~2)~35L/(d·m~2).The removal rate is above 30%.At the same dosage,the tandem method can effectively improve the phosphorus removal ability of the composite fiber.
