With the rapid development of the economy and the destruction of the environment,haze weather has gradually become a major problem that bothers people to travel and the safety of the body.With the improvement of living standards,people also pay more attention to their own health.Anti haze mask is widely used in haze weather.Respirator is widely used,but the market of haze prevention mask is large.But it is difficult for people to find a mask suitable for themselves and comfortable.The comfort of respirator structure is related to the degree of adhesion and the aesthetics of masks.This article mainly studies the comfortable feeling that the mask fabric brings to the user.Therefore,this article is to design a haze mask with the design of the material and layers,to design a haze mask,and to study its comfort.This paper is the measurement of physical properties of fabric masks were analyzed by factor analysis,has carried on the research of thermal wet comfort,increased on preventing haze layer and the outer layer of the mask of the haze effect and protective effect of the fabrics and masks;levels of comfort were designed masks,on the pattern of air the simulation test,microclimate measuring device combination masks anti haze masks wear mechanism of anti haze effect and thermal performance.The subjective evaluation of the composite mask is carried out,and the entropy weight method is used to analyze the subjective experimental results,and the optimal combination design mask is obtained.A comfort prediction model based on BP neural network is built according to the physical performance of selected respirators and the scores of subjective evaluation.The specific contents are as follows:First,considering the thermal and wet comfort of the inner layer fabric of the anti haze mask,the physical properties and thermal and wet comfort indexes of 8 kinds of inner fabrics,such as cotton and cotton blended fabric and recycled fiber such as chemical fiber and natural fiber,are tested.Based on the factor analysis of the measured objective physical comfort factors,3 potential main factors of moisture comfort factor,air comfortfactor and thermal comfort factor were obtained.The thermal moisture comfort of 8 kinds of inner fabrics was sorted by grey correlation analysis.The 2 outer fabric and 2 kinds of anti haze layer fabric comfort was evaluated by physical property measurement.Secondly,according to the anti haze masks comfort,through analysis and analysis of market fabric heat and moisture on the fabric masks,32 combination design for improving anti haze masks comfort masks,masks permeability test pattern,the simulation of fog and haze wearing anti haze masks the true state of the simulation proof device the wear mechanism of haze masks,the temperature and humidity difference and particle concentration difference of heat and moisture transfer performance of anti haze masks and anti haze efficiency and respiratory resistance were analyzed.The subjective experiment was carried out on the composite mask,and the entropy weight method in fuzzy evaluation was used to evaluate the subjective experimental comfort.The objective experiment is verified by the subjective experiment,and the optimal combination arrangement is obtained.Finally,a combination of mask micro climate measuring mechanism to build the haze masks worn against the simulated temperature,humidity difference and particle concentration difference and air permeability as the input parameters,with a combination of mask mugginess,moist,dry cough and cold face four comfort index as output parameters,to prevent haze masks subjective evaluation and physical properties are analyzed.The BP neural network to build anti haze masks comfort prediction model,and verified the validity of the model.The anti haze masks comfort research based on the design of mask combination,established evaluation method of multilayer anti haze masks for comfort,in order to improve the anti haze masks design patent and experimental design patent comfort design,anti haze masks in order to improve consumer satisfaction on consumer masks,and provide scientific basis for the for mask production and evaluation,improve the anti haze masks market.
