| The dust for mining roadway boring machine and the existing wet dust removal technology can not meet the requirements of roadway environment dust removal requirements.In this paper,the applicability of the sinter-plate in the filter of the roadheader and the dust collecting performance are analyzed and tested.On this basis,two kinds of mining roadheaders with equal section and step type are designed.The CFD technology was used to simulate the flow distribution of the mine roadway under the operating conditions of the roadheader and the airflow organization of the two types of filters.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)For the dust removal technology of the roadway,the dust removal problem of the roadway environment can not be met.According to the basic data and application conditions of the site,this paper compares and analyzes three different improved dust removal technical measures of the controllable circulating air,bag type filter and sinter-plate filter.Furthermore,the structure of the two types of plastic-fired board filters,such as the cross-section 13×24 type and the equal-section 14×24 type,are selected and designed to complete the selection of the main accessory device.(2)In view of the possible leakage of dusty gas in the return airway under the excavation condition,this paper establishes a numerical model of the return airway,and uses CFD technology to numerically simulate and improve the airflow distribution of the roadway.The results show that the dusty gas leakage at the exhaust section of the return airway filter is serious(20% leakage),resulting in the pollutant concentration of the exhaust vent of the roadway being 73.34 mg/m3,which is much larger than the emission standard of GB13271-2014.The concentration limit(4.0mg/m3),the article uses the controlled circulation wind technology to better improve the leakage problem of dusty gas,the circulating air volume is 400 m3/min(cycle rate 17.39%),and numerical simulation is used to control the circulating wind.Technology for reliability verification.(3)Based on the design of two types of plastic-fired board filters with equal section 14×24 and equal section 13 × 24,a numerical theoretical model is established,and the airflow organization of the two types of filters is analyzed by CFD numerical simulation technology.Theresults show that the average deviation of the velocity distribution of the two equal-section plastic-fired board precipitators is 20.44% and 20.58%,respectively,and the airflow distribution is uneven.The design of the 13×24 type and the step 14×24 type plastic-burning board filter is improved.The numerical simulation results show that the average speed deviation is 10.00% and 9.59% respectively,so the airflow uniformity of the step type filter is better than that.Equal section type.Therefore,this paper finally chooses the step 14×24 type sinter-plate filter. |
