Polyester fiber is a synthetic fiber made of polyethylene terephthalate.It is also called polyester in China.Polyester fiber has many advantages such as good flexibility and fatigue resistance.Therefore,it has many use in China.However,at present domestic polyester manufacturers generally adopt a method of expanding production scale to reduce costs,resulting in a more rapid expansion of the capacity of the polyester industry,and a single product category.The main reason for this situation is that there is no effective way to determine the production process parameters of spinning production process with different properties in polyester fiber production.At present,the process parameters of industrial yarns produced in enterprises are mainly determined according to production experience,then production experiments,after that test the performance of the finished product,in the last constantly adjust the production process parameters,such low-efficiency production methods cause a lot of manpower and material resources,so an intelligent automatic configuration method of polyester fiber spinning production process parameters,The time for developing new industrial silk varieties will be effectively reduced,and the company’s expenditure on manpower and material resources will be reduced,and at the same time,it will promote the advancement of spinning production technology.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)For the problem that the polyester fiber can not directly determine the process parameters of the production process according to the performance requirements of the product in the actual production process,programming on the mathematical model of the polyester fiber melt spinning process by MATLAB acquire the polyester fiber experimental data,The polyester fiber performance requirements are taken as input,the process process parameters are taken as outputs,and the experimental data is used for data modeling;(2)It is found through research that the polyester fiber production process is a complex nonlinear process,and there is a strong coupling between variables and variables.Therefore,use the XGBoost algorithm for data modeling,then use the particle swarm optimization algorithm optimization the prediction results of the XGBoost algorithm.and the corresponding process process parameters can be intelligently and automatically configured according to the performance requirements of the polyester fiber product yarn;(3)Based on XGBoost and particle swarm optimization algorithm,an intelligent configuration system for designing process parameters of polyester fiber production process is designed.Through this system,theoretical research can be realized into practical application.
