This subject is established according to the national key R&D plan "Robot Automation Production Line for Sports Shoes and Clothing Industry"(2018YFB130 8800).Aiming at the raw material cloth for the processing of sports shoes and clothing,an online defect detection software based on machine vision is designed and developed.Software package defect recognition algorithm and real-time communication with image acquisition system,integrated detection algorithm and system hardware as a whole.Firstly,according to the enterprise and market demand,the fabric defect detection software is analyzed in detail,and the corresponding technical indicators are put forward.Subsequently,a set of hardware configuration selection scheme of the detection system is designed,the software functional modules are divided,the overall structure of the software is determined,and the software system architecture design is completed.Secondly,the human-computer interaction interface is designed based on Winform in.NET development platform.The software function module is developed by combining the SDK of Teledyne DALSA camera and Halcon using C# programming language.The function modules of fabric defect detection software include camera parameter setting module,fabric defect intelligent detection module and defect data query module.The camera parameter setting module realizes the sub-functions of configuring camera,debugging camera and condition monitoring;the fabric defect intelligent detection module realizes the sub-functions of new work order,defect detection,result feedback and fabric rating;and the defect data query module realizes the sub-functions of management data,multi-condition query and detection report.Thirdly,the fabric defect database is built by using SQL Server database software,and the data table and data storage procedure are designed according to the defect detection business process.Fabric worksheet information and defect detection results are synchronized to the database for unified management,which realizes multi-condition query function,designs fabric defect detection report,and realizes the export and printing function of detection report.At last,a platform for fabric defect detection is built on the site of fabric inspection in the factory,which realizes the communication and debugging of image acquisition software and hardware.The basic functions of the fabric defect detection software have been verified by writing test cases through multi-round functional tests.Through continuous performance tests,the software can monitor the running status of software and hardware,analyze the real-time performance of the detection,and verify that the software can adapt to the field situation and carry out long-term operation.After testing,the software has initially met the application requirements and laid the foundation for the follow-up research and development of the project.
