As the main surveillance technology in the air traffic management system in the future,Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)is highly valued by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO).One of the main job for china to build the next generation air traffice management system is to accelerat the promotion of the application for ADS-B.Because ADS-B technology combines various advanced and complex technologies such as global positioning system,communication system,aircraft equipment and ground equipment,with ADS-B gradually becomes the main monitoring means of civil aviation surveillance system.To ensure the reliability of air traffic monitoring system,ADS-B data quality must be evaluated before ADS-B data is correlated,fused,and displayed.Based on the actual received ADS-B data,this paper studies the data quality of ADS-B currently used for aviation safety monitoring.The received ADS-B original message data is firstly decoded,and then uses C# to build ADS-B data analysis platform to realize the decode and save function of ADS-B message data.Subsequently,the ADS-B track data is filtered by the interactive multi-model Kalman filter algorithm to obtain a relatively smooth track as the reference track.Then,based on the reference track and the relevant documents of the performance evaluation of the air traffic control system issued by EUROCONTROL,the performance of the ADS-B monitoring data integrity,integrality and reliability are evaluated,including data indicators such as leak rate,jump rate and position dispersion.Finally,combined with the data index,the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(AHP-FCE)are used to evaluate the data quality of the actual ADS-B data,and then get the ADS-B data quality evaluation result.
