Anaerobic fermentation is the most common treatment method for manure and sewage in China.At present,when the start of anaerobic fermentation,load changes and toxic pollutants exist,the production capacity of biogas is very low and the stability is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an auxiliary adjustment method for anaerobic fermentation and production of marsh to improve the above problems The electrochemical treatment is a new type technology of pollutant treatment,which has a wide range of applications in heavy metal treatment,sludge treatment,industrial wastewater treatment and other processes.Based on the research bac kground,this paper come up with the topic of "electrochemical-assisted adjustment of anaerobic fermentation technology for cattle manure".The experiment was based on the iron and alu minium aelectrode-based cow manure fermentation simulation system.Firstly,the effects of Voltage,electrolysis time and plate spacing on the anaerobic fermentation of cow manure were analyzed,and the optimal process conditions for electrochemical treatment were determined.Under the optimal electrochemical treatment conditions,the effect of temperature on the anaerobic fermentation of cow manure was in vestigated.In addition,the mechanism of electrochemical assisted adjustment technology to promote anaerobic fermentation and the mechanism of related microorganisms were briefly discussedThe results show that when the voltage condition is 2 V,the total gas production is 7360 mL,and the gas production rate of the volume is 0.29 m3/m3 d.The gas production of the experimental group which was not electrochemically treated was increased by 41.17%.The total gas production of the other experimental group is also higher than the blank group,it is indicated that electrochemical treatment technology has a certain promoting effect on the gas production of anaerobic fermentation of cattle manure.The total gas production was 8110 mL in the experimental group with electrolysis time of 20 min,which was higher than the other two groups.Then gas production increased by 87.29%.In terms of comprehensive power loss and other factors,the distance between the plates chosen 4 cm which was the optimum plate spacing.At this time,the gas production was 9290 mL,and the gas production rate of the volume was 0.37 m3/m3·d.Compared with the other two groups,the gas production was increased by 59.61%,38.04%,Therefore,it is concluded that the voltage condition is 2 V,the electrolysis time is 20 min,and the plate spacing is 4 cm,which is the best electrochemical treatment conditionWith the optimal electrochemical treatment conditions,the effect of temperature on anaerobic fermentation of cow manure was in vestigated.The experimental results showed that the cumulative gas production at the end of fermentation at 52℃ was 8790 mL,and the gas production rate of the volume was 0.35 m3/m3·d.The total gas production of the experimental group at 37°C was 6705 mL,and the gas production rate of the volume was 0.27 m3/m3·d.The total gas production of the experimental group was 5110 mL,and the gas production rate of the tank was 0.20 m3/m3-d.It can be seen that the gas production under high temperature conditions was increased by 72.02%and 31.10%than the other two experimental groups.The experiment also found that the pH,oxidation-reduction potential,ammonia nitrogen content,volatile fatty acid content and other indicators in the experimental group after the appropriate conditions were better than the blank group.It has played a certain mixed fermentation broth were 25847.78 and 14836.06,and the diversity index was 5.76.1n the richness index of the sample,the richness of the mixed fermentation broth is higher than the original.The bacteria in the mixed fermentation broth were distributed at the phylum level higher than the original,and the dominant flora was changed from the thick-walled phylum to the bacillus.The dominant position of a microbial flora is transformed into a plurality of microorganisms that cooperate with each other to complete anaerobic fermentation. |
