| In this paper,high-value directional resource research was carried out with the industrial wastewater containing high concentration of acid and metal,such as steel pickling wastewater and printed circuit board wastewater.First,poly aluminum ferric chloride and poly aluminum ferric silicate were prepared by steel pickling wastewater as iron source,and used poly aluminum ferric chloride prepared from waste liquor was 98%for algae with concentration of about 1.0*106/mL and 18%for DOC.It was found that the removal rate of aluminum poly silicate prepared from waste liquor was 100%for the same concentration of algae and 39%for DOC.The removal efficiency of flocculants prepared from wastewater is similar to that of flocculants prepared from medicines for algae removal,and the residual heavy metals are less after coagulation.Therefore,the wastewater to make poly aluminum ferric chloride and aluminum poly silicate ferrite for algae removal research,instead of using pharmaceuticals to make poly aluminum ferric chloride and aluminum poly silicate.Secondly,in this paper,opper-terephthalic acid metal organic frameworks was synthesized from printed circuit board wastewater as copper source and textile wastewater as main components as organic ligands,respectively.After characterization by XRD,XPS and FT-IR,we can prove that the synthesized sample is CuBDC.Compared with CuBDC synthesized by pure reagent,the morphology of CuBDC synthesized by wastewater is not good and has larger surface area.CuBDC synthesized from wastewater was carried out CO2 adsorption experiments,and found that it also has a good adsorption effect on CO2.Therefore,CuBDC synthesized by wastewater can be used to reduce production costs,instead of drug synthesized CuBDC,which also provides ideas and theoretical basis for future large-scale apply. |
