In 2010,two British scientists found Graphene and won the Nobel Prize.Graphene is a new type of two-dimensional material with many excellent properties,such as electricity,thermodynamics,mechanics and ophtoelectronics.Graphene shows great potential to replace traditional materials used in many fields such as conductive ink,new energy,sensors.Therefore,Graphene is known as "the king of materials" in 21 st century.However,the development of graphene industry in our country is still at an early stage,all aspects of the industry chain is not perfect;the synergies between the links are still poor;supporting links have not synchronized with the main chain;meanwhile,mutual extension are needed between the upstream and downstream industrial chain.This study takes the graphene industrial chain as the main line and the circular economy as the characteristic,stands on the dual points of environmental science and industrial chain to do some research,such as the development environment and strategic of graphene industry in China,the construction of graphene industrial chain model,the examples construction of graphene industrial chain based on circular economy,the evaluation of the synergistic benefit of graphene industrial chain,and so on.Firstly,this study analyzes the graphene industry in China based on the SWOT model,points out the problems in the development of graphene industry,and puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures.Secondly,this study puts forward the structural framework and perfects the development route of graphene industrial chain.It is a reflection on the current situation to emphasize the quality layer in the industrial chain structure.Thirdly,this study puts forward the horizontal and vertical construction of the graphene industrial chain based on circular economy,and provides the reference for the development of the graphene industry.Finally,the study constructs an index system and an evaluation system of the synergies of graphene industrial chain,combines the AHP with the multistage dynamic fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the synergistic benefits of graphene industrial chain.The construction of graphene industrial chain based on circular economy is to construct an environmental-friendly and resource-saving industrial chain,it fits for the current development of China’s ecological civilization construction theme.At the same time,by joining the main parts of the industrial chain together,we can build a giant chain network;and by taking the maximum profit as the goal,we can scientifically organize the material collection,arrange for reasonable production plan,and make the quick pass of the raw materials and components come true during the graphene industry chain.Energy recycling between Each link,which is helpful to improve graphene products’ fast response ability to the market and construct an energy-saving industry chain,has great significance for the sustainable development of the industry of graphene.
