When the lamprophyre invades the coal seam,it will undergo metamorphism and silicidation,so that the coal seam will form a complex structure containing various components such as lamprophyre,silicified coal,mixed coal and normal coal from the original single normal coal in the vertical direction,resulting in the distribution of coal seams.Stable,irregular,chaotic,and irregular.The porphyry intrusion area has large rock mass and high strength.The coal mining unit and the excavation unit have low cutting efficiency and generate a large amount of dust.It is difficult to use coal and coal in the production process,and the labor intensity of workers increases,the production environment and safety.The situation is poor and the coal mining efficiency is relatively low.At present,the coal seams in the area where the porphyry intrusion is exploited mainly use three methods: direct hardening,moving and mining,and excavation and surrounding,but there are problems such as mining difficulty,large workload and low coal mining efficiency.It is very difficult to blast the blast,and the rock block is difficult to control after blasting,there is a major safety hazard,so the softening method is the best choice directly from the porphyry erosion.Practice shows that the water softening method has no obvious effect on the working face directly over the porphyry erosion zone and the collapse column area.Whether adding chemical ions in water can improve the softening efficiency of lamprophyre is a topic worth considering.Through the analysis of mineral composition of the lamprophyre samples collected from the coal seam erosion area of Da tong dong Zhou yao Coal Mine,it was found to contain mineral components such as carbonate and quartz.Based on this,acid-based chemical solution softening with different pH values was proposed.Lamprophyre method.In this paper,the variation of mass loss and uniaxial compressive strength of lamprophyre under different pH chemical solutions is studied,and the mineral composition and content of lamprophyre,the surface microstructure and energy spectrum of the sample are studied by chemical solution.The analysis and the internal pore structure of the sample were compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After the action of chemical solutions with different pH values,the uniaxial compressive strength of lamprophyre decreased,but the extent of decline was different.The whole showed acidic solution>alkaline solution>neutral solution;after soaking The porphyry structure erosion and H+ concentration and OH-concentration showed positive correlation characteristics.Under the same pH value,the uniaxial compressive strength of lamprophyre decreased with the immersion time.(2)XRD diffraction test of lamprophyre specimens treated with different pH chemical solutions showed that the lower the pH value,the less the dolomite content under the action of acidic solution;the lower the pH value under the action of alkaline solution High,the quartz content is less;the porphyry samples sampled by the chemical solution are produced by chlorite(especially in the alkaline environment,the chlorite content increases with the increase of PH value).(3)Scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis of the microstructure of the lamprophyre under chemical action,the study found that the pores of the lamprophyre sample after the action of the acidic solution will appear,and the lower the PH value,the number of pores on the surface of the sample.The more the pore channels are,the more uniform and unevenly distributed pores are formed on the surface of the sample after the alkaline solution,and the secondary cracks are further expanded.After the action of the acidic solution,the content of C element will decrease;after the action of the alkaline solution The Si element on the surface of the sample is widely distributed.(4)Through the CT scanning test of the internal structure of the sample before and after the action of the chemical solution,it is found that after the action of the acidic solution,the sample is severely eroded,and the pores are relatively developed to cause the internal structure to be loose;the alkaline solution acts on the sample.The surface layer has a certain influence on the internal pore structure of the sample.
