Based on the science and technology research project of hebei construction group(the project of baoding donghu cultural center),this paper carries out the performance test and analysis of the raw materials of pervious cement concrete through laboratory experiments,and adopts the self-made reinforcing agent as the admixture for the mix design of pervious cement concrete.The porosity,strength,freeze-thaw cycle,permeability coefficient and other performance tests of pervious cement concrete were carried out with the help of laboratory instruments,and the influence rules of various influencing factors on the strength,permeability coefficient and frost resistance of pervious cement concrete were analyzed.The seepage experiment of pervious cement concrete was carried out by using the seepage experiment model,and the seepage simulation analysis of pervious cement concrete was carried out by using ABAQUS finite element method.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Through laboratory experiments,the physical and mechanical properties of pervious cement concrete coarse aggregate,cement,water reducer and self-made enhancers were studied.The porosity of pervious cement concrete was determined by different experimental methods.When the target porosity of pervious cement concrete is 17%-30%,a simple method is used to measure the porosity.2.The influence law of water-binder ratio,porosity and reinforcing agent scheme on the strength and permeability coefficient of pervious cement concrete was analyzed and studied,and the linear mathematical model between porosity and 7-day strength,28-day strength and permeability coefficient of pervious cement concrete was fitted.Three mathematical models of Bradley,PWL3 and Cubic were studied to fit the coefficient of water permeability and the strength of pervious cement concrete.3.The influences of cement dosage,water-cement ratio,porosity and the proportion of reinforcing agent on the mass loss rate and strength loss rate of pervious cement concrete during freeze-thaw cycle were comprehensively analyzed.The influence of strength of pervious cement concrete on strength loss rate during freeze-thaw cycle was studied.4.This paper independently designed and made the pervious cement concrete seepage experiment mold,and carried out the pervious cement concrete seepage experiment.Set up three groups of different porosity of porous cement concrete seepage model,seepage SAT(saturation)of porous cement concrete,POR(pore pressure and seepage flow simulation analysis result,and SAT in the process of porous cement concrete model seepage(saturation),POR(pore pressure),Volumetric Flux(volume flow),Velocity(Velocity),and other laws of the physical and mechanical properties change with time were studied.
