Corrosion problem is a key factor in reducing the service life of atmospheric and vacuum units.In recent years,with the reduction of petroleum resources,the quality of crude oil has been declining year by year.The crude oil purchased by refining enterprises has a tendency of high sulfur and high acid,which makes the corrosion problem of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment more prominent.However,at present,most domestic refining companies are still not perfect in the construction of the corrosion protection management system for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.Traditional corrosion rate monitoring has great hysteresis;in addition,the management of corrosion data remains in the paper stage,which not only causes a large loss of corrosion data,but also makes corrosion data difficult to use effectively.In this thesis,the high temperature corrosion prevention system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is designed for the high temperature corrosion problem of a company's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the status of enterprise corrosion management.The system uses three-dimensional interpolation algorithm to calculate the corrosion rate of the equipment.The Microsoft SQL Sever2014 database technology is used to realize the comprehensive management of corrosion data.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,starting from the process flow of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the main factors affecting the corrosion rate of the equipment are analyzed,and the pipelines and equipment involved in high temperature corrosion in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are determined.Conduct an overall analysis of the system,determine system functional requirements,and make an overall design.Then,according to the standards given by the American Petroleum Institute,the main factors that affect the corrosion rate is considered,and the corrosion rate discrete value data of different materials are obtained.The corrosion rate calculation of the device is realized by using database technology and three-dimensional interpolation algorithm.Secondly,the SQL Sever2014 database technology are studied,and the database is designed according to the functional requirements of the system,realizing the storage and management of a large amount of corrosion data in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Then,using the force control configurationdevelopment platform ForceControl7.1,the system operation interface design was carried out,and according to the system function requirements,the system monitoring alarm,corrosion rate calculation,corrosion data access,equipment file management,user authority management,etc.were completed.Design and implementation of functions.Finally,the functional test of each module in the system is carried out in turn,and the system is simulated and verified by the actual corrosion data provided by the enterprise.The test results show that the system can realize the expected functions and ensure the calculation accuracy of the corrosion rate.
