As a new kind of virus separation and removing material,charged material separated viruses through the attraction between the positive and negative charge which was characterized with simple production process,good adsorption separation effect,thus had favorable application value.Based on the problems of small specific surface area traditional positively charged material and low adsorption capacity,positive ZrO2 fiber membrane filter and positively charged SiO2@ZrO2 coaxial structure fiber membrane filter were prepared by electrostatic spinning method.Microfiltration membrane morphology,composition and structure were characterized using SEM?TG-DSC?XRD?FTIR?EDS and adsorption separation efficiency of the titan yellow solution were studied.The following research results were obtained:composite fibers were fabricated by electrostatic spinning method using the ZrO2 precursor solutions with 3?6wt%PVP and ZrO2 fibers can be obtained from composite fibers calcined at 700? for 2h.The specific surface area decreased with the increase of fiber diameter,and the Isoelectric point(IEP)was 4.3 and 4.7 after calcined in air and vacuum.The maximum flux of membrane microfiltration membrane was 523L/(m2 h),the interception rate could reach up to 99.997%,and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity increased with the increase of the specific surface area.composite fibers were fabricated by electrostatic spinning method using the SiO2 precursor solutions with 6wt%PVA and SiO2 fibers can be obtained from composite fibers calcined at 600? for 2h.The specific surface area decreased with the increase of fiber diameter,and the IEP was 4.3,7.1 and 7,3 after calcined in air,vacuum,and N2(96%)/H2(4%).The maximum flux of membrane microfiltration membrane was 643L/(m2 h),the interception rate could reach up to 99.996%,and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity increased with the increase of the specific surface area.
