The main content of this paper is to build a printing machine fault diagnosis system based on Lab VIEW for fault diagnosis and analysis of key parts of the printing press.In the system design,in order to solve the problem that the background noise is large and the mechanical fault features are difficult to extract,combined with the adaptability of Empirical Wavelet Transform(EWT)and the noise reduction performance of Maximum Correlated Kurtosis Deconvoltuion(MCKD),a fault diagnosis method based on the EWT-MCKD algorithm is proposed,and successfully applied to the designed fault diagnosis system.The system not only integrates several commonly used fault diagnosis methods at present,but also includes fault signal processing methods based on EWT-MCKD.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The current situation of the printer fault diagnosis system and its fault diagnosis technology are studied.Based on this,the overall scheme of the fault diagnosis system is designed.The solution has two parts:hardware and software,including determining the sensor selection,signal conditioner and data acquisition equipment and its connection methods,supporting equipment and data connection lines of the hardware part,and analyzing the functional requirements,designing the development plan of the software part.(2)The fault signal processing method based on the EWT and MCKD is studied.Firstly,in order to verify the superiority of EWT in adaptive decomposition,the results of EWT and EMD are compared.Then,in order to achieve better results of MCKD algorithm,the influence of parameters on the periodic impulse components of the extracted signals is discussed.Finally,compared with the effects of using only EWT on the signal processing,the effectiveness of the EWT-MCKD hybrid diagnostic method for extracting fault features is verified.(3)The software part of the diagnostic system is developed by Lab VIEW and MATLAB,which realized the data acquisition,data management,signal analysis and offline diagnosis of the vibration signal.(4)The effectiveness of the printer fault diagnosis system is verified,and the fault diagnosis of the bearing and gear of different presses is successfully carried out.
