Research On Intelligent Diagnosis Of Coal Preparation Process Based On Data Mining

In today’s society,coal preparation industry is developing towards a highly informative and intelligent direction.With the improvement of intelligence level in coal preparation plant,it is more and more urgent to introduce intelligence into the whole coal preparation production.For coal preparation production,the operation stability of coal preparation production process is related to the economic benefits of the whole coal preparation production.Therefore,for the frequent accidents in coal preparation production,It is particularly important to ensure the timely detection of these production accidents and the accurate diagnosis plan.Therefore,the research on intelligent diagnosis of coal preparation process and the design of related system are of great practical significance.Firstly,this paper aims at the problems of diversification of information sources and inconsistent storage formats of coal preparation plant production data,this paper designs a data classification standard with coal preparation equipment as the main part and detection instrument as the auxiliary part.By designing a unified data acquisition method to integrate production data,a coal preparation production information platform is finally established,design standardized data acquisition interface through Web API technology to meet the needs of users with different data needsAiming at the frequent accidents in coal preparation production,taking Guobei Coal Preparation Plant as the research object,a knowledge base of coal preparation abnormal data identification was established.Based on the abnormal analysis of coal preparation production data in Guobei Coal Preparation Plant and the knowledge of field staff,the abnormal fault tree of coal preparation production was established by using fault tree analysis method and production rule representation method,and the abnormal information database of coal preparation production was constructed.For the textual information of production abnormalities stored in the history of the coal preparation plant,using the semantic analysis technology,using the Chinese word segmentation tool,by adding a custom coal mining professional dictionary,the data is mined,the keywords are extracted,and the abnormal information of the production situation is carried out.Data calibration,establish a library of coal exception examples.This paper mainly uses SQL Server database and Visio Studio 2017 development platform to design the whole coal preparation expert intelligent diagnosis system.It mainly includes four modules: authority management system,coal preparation production information platform,coal preparation abnormal data identification knowledge base and coal preparation intelligent diagnosis system.Through case analysis,the function of the whole system is tested,which proves that the system can realize realtime detection and online diagnosis of abnormal coal preparation process.This paper has 31 figures,26 tables and 72 references.
