In this paper,based on the actual geological features of the-740 level roadways of the Jining No.2 coal mine and the relevant data from the field investigation.The methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and field engineering practice verification were used.Through field investigation and data analysis,the hypothesis of the inducement of roadway instability was proposed,and the hypothesis was verified by numerical simulation under the guidance of mechanical model,besides the optimal parameters were given by analyzing the stress analysis of surrounding rock and the effect of deformation control.Finally,a new support system was designed and verified according to the field roadway control evaluation.the following conclusions are comprehensively obtained:1)Through the site roadway surrounding rock survey and mine data,combined with drilling peep deep survey.This summarizes the characteristics of surrounding rock control difficulties in deep roadway at the present stage,including large deformation of surrounding rock,deep expansion of crack to surrounding rock,high density of roadway group and large influence of multi-disturbance effect2)By establishing the mechanical model of roadway,the piecewise function is constructed.The stress distribution characteristics of the roadway without disturbance are mainly affected by the radius and depth of the roadway and the stress distribution rules of the adjacent roadway and the working face respectively under the disturbance.3)The FLAD3D numerical simulation software was used to establish experimental scheme models for horizontal spacing of roadway and stop-mining line position of working face,and the changes of roadway stress and deformation under different schemes were studied.The incentive hypothesis was confirmed,and the optimized design parameters were obtained through preliminary analysis.4)By introducing the concept of effect quantity,the deformation amount of roadway surrounding rock under different schemes is systematically processed,and the control effect quantity of roadway surrounding rock is obtained.By comparing with the corresponding expected effect quantity,the optimal scheme is analyzed and judged.5)Combined with the field survey and the original support evaluation of the belt transport roadway and auxiliary transport roadway,the self-drilling hollow grouting bolt technology was used to design the joint support system of grouting anchor net and spraying,and the surrounding rock control effect of the new support system was verified through the displacement monitoring of the roof and floor of two roadways and two sides.
