The unique optoelectronic properties of semiconductor nanomaterials are often used in the research of various optoelectronic functional devices.It has been developed in the fields of photodetectors,solar cells,optical switches,etc.,and the research prospects are good.Researching and manufacturing new photosensitive semiconductor materials,designing and creatively developing new optoelectronic devices,and making them unique and excellent application properties have become one of the hot spots.In this paper,zinc oxide and polyaniline are the research objects,the semiconductor nanocomposites with good photosensitivity were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis,studied and discussed the photosensitivity.Useing N-type metal oxide can form a P-N junction with the P-type polymer,photoelectric detectors in which P-type and N-type semiconductors are in contact with nanorods are creatively designed.At the same time,we designed two photodetectors with N-P-N structure and studied their photosensitivity and photoelectric effect.The main contents are as follows:1.Zinc oxide(ZnO)seeds can be grown on the surface of the FTO by hydrothermal synthesis.By solid phase reaction,the surface of ITO was modified with titanium dioxide,carbonized with glucose,and then manganese dioxide was fixed on the surface of the nanorod,and then reduced with aniline,we obtained a polyaniline nanorod(PANI)composite.2.We have creatively designed a relatively independent UV photodetector.The photodetector consists of a layer of N-type zinc oxide nanorods and a layer of P-type polyaniline nanorods.Outstanding advantages:(a)no need to apply voltage,only ultraviolet light can produce photosensitive current;(b)contact with nanorods interspersed,increasing contact area and improving electron transfer efficiency.The surface of the zinc oxide nanorods was modified with PSS,and the photosensitivity of the ultraviolet light was greatly improved by using zinc oxide nanorods.3.We designed a relatively independent visible light detector consisting of a layer of N-type zinc oxide nanorods modified with dye(N719)and a layer of P-type polyaniline nanorods.After Zinc oxide nanorods are modified by N719 they will be sensitive to visible light.This indicates that the visible light sensitivity of the metal oxide is enhanced when the surface of the metal oxide is strongly absorbed by some of the visible light.4.We have produced two new types of photodetectors with sandwich structures.The first photodetector consists of PSS modified zinc oxide nanorods and polyaniline nanorods.The second photodetector consists of dye-modified zinc oxide nanorods and polyaniline nanorods.In the absence of applied voltage,it can work normally only under ultraviolet light or visible light.
