Research On Post-Evaluation Of Surfactant-polymer Flooding In Shengli Oilfield

Although the international oil prince has suffered “a cliff-like drop” and the world's petroleum development situation continued downturn since 2015,the local and international economists and oil specialists agreed that petroleum,for a long time in the future,is still the non-substitutable strategic resource,an indispensable part of people's lives,the basic raw material for Industrial production and daily chemical.With scientific and technological development,the issue that “how to exploit the oil more efficient” has been focused on by the scientific institutions and Economic evaluation Department in the oil industry.To protect Shengli-oilfield economy benefit and slow the download trend of the oil production,though the scientific research,interior evaluation and Pilot Field Test,at least ten year,the Surfactant-polymer flooding,a technology of improving the recovery,have emerged.The oil production in Shengli Oilfield,as the most representative oil company in the east old field,has decreased and the oil water cut has been grown year by year.Under the situation that the demand of oil is increasing while the production of oilfield is decreasing,the Surfactant-polymer flooding has become the dominant technology for the stable production in Shengli oilfield.The scientific post-evaluation of the Surfactant-polymer flooding project,will help to set up the competition concept that we should improve reserve and capacity and yields through constantly research and develop new petroleum scientific and technical payoffs,help to speed up the transform form the scientific and technological achievements of Surfactant-polymer flooding formula system optimization into the application of petroleum industry based on the full demonstration of target reservoir,help to make better implementary plan of Surfactant-polymer flooding and more reasonable incentive policy of the interior research and evaluation,pilot field test and application,so that science and technology of Surfactant-polymer flooding can play a greater role in promoting the development of promoting the development of productive forces in the Shengli oil fields.In the line with the purpose of reflect the economic benefit and scientific research level of Surfactant-polymer flooding in Shengli oilfield,this paper,combined with the specific requirements of relevant state departments and the characteristic and current situation of the post-evaluation of Surfactant-polymer Flooding in Shengli Oilfield,have established the post-evaluation system of Surfactant polymer flooding in Shengli oilfield.After that,this paper make empirical analysis of pilot test project of Surfactant/polymer(SP)flooding in the 8 district in A oilfield which is a representative project in Shengli oilfield and get the result of the evaluation.The result testified the efficiency and practicability of this method and the economic of the project is good,which provides an effective way for the post-evaluation of the Surfactant-polymer flooding of Shengli oilfield.At last,this paper provides some Recommendations for the Surfactant-polymer flooding in Shengli oilfield to better implement the post-evaluation work.
