Nowadays,China has become a great consumer about natural gas,which makes it necessary to develop the gas deposit in ocean.And for environment protection,the technology about removal of H2S must be developed.Natural gas circulation desulfurization device is simply technical and suitable for gas conduction about the fundamental acid gas stripping on ocean platform,which also has several advantages about material resource,desulfurization efficiency,working condition and investment economy.This research do a series of experiments about indoor desulfurizer absorption and regeneration.According to the experiments,it shows that the quantity of H2S after desulfurizer absorption is 0.Then changing the air input to 3 times the quantity of H2S fit for national standard prove the advantage about material resource.When using different air bubbles they performed similarly,and 0.5 mm bubble regenerated faster.After the regeneration of bubbles,the iron content of this desulfurizer did not drop,which prove the stability recycle of this desulfurizer.The comparison experiment of regeneration tubes with different high ratio,the results found that higher the ratio better the consequence.The desulfurizer with pharmaceutical sulfur capacity of 3.0 g/L per unit volume performing a strong behavior about sulfur absorption,which is suitable for the ocean platform with limited space.Differential pressure method and numerical simulation technique in gas velocity of 0.10.3 m/s was studied under the condition of the circulation system of air-water system for local bubble parameters and their distribution,getting the following conclusion:?1?Differential pressure method got similar results,while two-dimensional numerical simulation technique got a smaller;?2?Gas holdup increased with the increasing of superficial gas velocity atmospheric but trending slowly.?3?Liquid speed with the increase velocity but influence degree is more and more small;?4?The greater gas velocity,the higher the liquid level,the greater the free surface fluctuation,and the shorter the cycle time of stable;?5?When the inlet velocity is 0.10.26 m/s,26%power-efficient.Using finite elements software ANSYS to simulate the wave impact on a jacket platform in bohai sea under different working condition.The Calculated results conform to the theory of forced vibration.Then using the UDF module in FLURNT to input the moving rule of jacket platform to macro function quality source term,which show a result that the platform respond greatest under once-in-a-year working condition.Then suing FLURNT to simulated rectifier components with different open porosity,the result show that the suppress sloshing effect is most obvious when the open porosity is 30%.Finally,it is advised to install the rectifying plate on e starting liquid surface.
