Oil field water injection has strict requirements on water quality,filter is to ensure that water quality of the important link of water treatment.Filtration mechanism,filtration performance of the filter medium,on the premise of guarantee quality increase the filter velocity,reduce loss helps to improve the oilfield production capacity,reduce cost and increase economic benefits.Filter material particle size and surface physical and chemical characteristics,the thickness of the filter layer and microcosmic pore structure,the characteristics of raw water and the regeneration of filter backwashing,method and process,are the important factors influencing the filtering effect.Paper mainly in view of the walnut shell,anthracite,quartz sand filter material is commonly used three kinds of oilfield,has carried out a large number of theory,experiment and numerical simulation research.By studying three kinds of filter material physical structure and chemical characteristics,found their particles on the surface of the surface roughness,specific surface area,wettability,electronegative attribute has difference,this means that the three kinds of filter material in the filter of crude oil and suspended solids removal of pollutants such as have different effects.Walnut shell filter material surface structure and the physical and chemical characteristics,make it has good characteristics of oil removal performance and easy backwashing.Through the experiment of walnut shell filter material particle size,thickness and filtration velocity affect the performance of the filter to do the research,guarantees from the filter layer thickness,on the basis of appropriate reduce particle size,help to better ensure the water quality;Filter layer thickness of the thicker the better filtering effect,the longer the cycle;The filter speed is smaller,the better the filtering effect.And through a simple numerical simulation is verified with the result of the experiment.Backwashing filter material in the process of particle surface contaminant removal at the same time they have been subjected to shear force between particles and flow friction and collision between particles and the solid surface of multiple effects.Experiment backwashing water flow intensity of 4.0 L/(m~2·s),when the blade rotation speed is 120 RPM mixing backwashing has the best effect of backwashing,stirring backwashing about 10 min and pollutant removal rate can reach 90%.
