Research On ERP Application Of SH Company Based On BPM

Implementation of the successful application of the ERP system can really reduce costs and improve efficiency.However,it is an indisputable fact that the success rate of ERP implementation is not high.How to improve the success rate of enterprise application ERP system has become the focus of the business community and academia.Process management(BPM)is a key factor affecting the success and provide a theoretical and methodological platform for ERP implementation.Successful application of project management and process management can improve the success rate of ERP implementation.Therefore,based on the research of ERP at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of SH company information construction with the basic theory of BPM and ERP,and points out the necessity and feasibility of ERP construction of SH Company.According to the analysis above,the EPR application scheme of SH Company based on BPM is proposed.ERP application evaluation index system is established from four aspects of the financial efficiency,customer benefits,business efficiency and employee benefits.Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built to evaluate application effect and measures of ERP implementation then is proposed to provide support for the SH company ERP applications and provide ERP methods and ideas for reference of other similar companies.
