In recent years,the use of the lining oil tube with more and more widely in the domestic each oilfield.The eccentric wear of sucker rods has been a certain degree of solution,but the rod string failure still exist.This is mainly due to the sucker rod string stress analysis with ordinary tubing environment simulation;Did not realize the different of mechanical properties with new and old sucker rods.Problems of the rod under hole has become significant now in China,which makes it necessary to study the force state of the rod to reduce the frequency of the rod accident and the production cost.Because any oil Wells of well track is a space model of three-dimensional curve,so the rod string in the stress in the process of production is also show the 3D features.,therefore to reduce downhole eccentric wear,break accidents and controlling oil field development cost is the premise of correct understanding of sucker rod in three-dimensional stress distribution.With sucker rods tensile test and fatigue test,we can proof the different of mechanical properties with new and old sucker rods.Provide a theoretical basis to solve the problem of rod string failure.Based on the 3D track of the well bore,a systemic theoretic model as well as its solution method of rod dynamics in a 3D well is set up,with differential element vector analysis being used.In the correct understanding of the Wells in the oil tube lined with three dimensional stress distribution and deformation performance of sucker rod,can get under the condition of actual well track of sucker rod string design method.In combination with well the oil tube lined with the programming of sucker rod bearing model,we can get stress calculation program for sucker rod.The program to calculate the premise is need to know the actual borehole trajectory data,including Angle,azimuth Angle,and deep.Calculation need to input the working system of Wells and the specifications of the sucker rod used,thus can be clear of each section of sucker rod stress distribution and the value of (?).To get more reasonable combination of sucker rods and the working system.
