This dissertation has two parts.In the first part,the different synthesis progress and application of diamination of indole compounds were introduced.Next,we developed a new method for the diamination ofindolesusinghypervalentiodine.Inthismethod,1-fluoro-1,2-benziodoxol-3(1H)-one was used as a mild and high efficient oxidant in the absence of transition metal catalysts or peroxides that was widely used in traditional methods.The new method obtained corresponding diamines with good substrate universality and good to excellent yield.Finally,we proposed possible reaction mechanisms after conducting a series of control experiments.In the second part,we first summarized synthetic routes of vitamin K1 and compared their advantages and disadvantages.The original process was then optimized by changing reaction temperature,solvent,equivalent of reagents ect.Compared with the original process,the total yield of this route is greatly improved and thus more suitable for industrial production.
