Piezoelectric ceramics is a piezoelectric material with piezoelectric properties,which can transform mechanical energy and electric energy into information function ceramic material.It has the advantages of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,low price,easy batch production and so on.It has been widely used in industrial,military,aerospace,medical and other electronic fields.Piezoelectric ceramics are made by more than ten processes,such as mixing,mixing and grinding,and preheating.The processing procedures are much more complex.In the manufacturing process,the defects such as speckles,holes,pits,cracks,deformation of products,porcelain leaking and scratching will be produced on the piezoelectric ceramics because of the improper processing methods such as prefiring and sintering.These defects will seriously affect the quality of products and deteriorate the performance of piezoelectric ceramics.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the quality of piezoelectric ceramics.But at present,the inspection of the appearance defects of the piezoelectric ceramic silver is still in the stage of manual detection.The manual detection of the workpiece is slow,the efficiency is low,the detection precision can not meet the requirements,the quality detection results can not be guaranteed,and the modern industrial production intelligence and automation can not be met.In this paper,through the introduction of piezoelectric ceramics and the analysis of the detection of the defects of piezoelectric ceramics,a method for detecting the defects of piezoelectric ceramic silver sheet is proposed to detect the defects of the piezoelectric ceramic silver sheet,the defects of various surface and the poor concentricity.The design of the system includes the design of the hardware system and the analysis and processing of the software algorithm.The light source,the industrial camera,the lens and the detecting pallet are determined,and a camera mounting bracket is designed,and a complete set of on-line detection hardware system is developed.Based on the Visual Studio 2010 software development environment,the overall framework is designed,written,tested and implemented.The design of image processing algorithm is mainly focused on three aspects of defect detection,surface defect and silver plating concentricity detection,and Hough circle transformation is used to detect and compare the shape of ceramic pieces by two values,and other small holes in the scratches and surface spots of ceramic tiles are detected.The image filtering preprocessing and two value technology are used.In detecting the concentricity of the piezoelectric ceramics and the silver plating area,a new method of measuring the roundness and concentricity deviation is proposed,and the better detection results are obtained.
