Microbes can be used to solidify sandy soils, repair concrete cracks and deal with solid waste steel slag.Mechanisms of biomineralization of microbes have been investigated. It is known that the environment has complex impacts on the growth of microbes, and most studies only focused on the mineralization of a certain type of microbe in a constant environment. There is no systematic study of the characteristics and differences between mineralized products of different microbial strains under different physical and chemical environmental parameters. This article will compare the physical and chemical environmental characteristics of soil materials,cement-based materials and steel slag cementitious materials. Then analyze and summarize the four physical and chemical environmental parameters as research variables.Screening and cultivating four kinds of microbial strains among the existing types of natural mineralized microorganisms, domestic and foreign microbial species used in artificial mineralization of sandy soil materials and cement-based materials, and studying their growth and reproduction patterns.Through experimental design, calcium carbonate induced by four different microbial strains and bio-calcium carbonate induced by four different physical and chemical environmental parameters were prepared. The phase and crystal shape, morphology, crystallite size and particle size, decomposition temperature, adhesion of the biological calcium carbonate were studied using Fhase analysis,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,Transmission electron microscopy,Field emission scanning electron microscopy,Simultaneous thermal analysis, and Atomic force microscopy. The relationship between the characteristics of calcium carbonate ware revealed. It is proposed that the calcite formed by the mineralization of microorganisms contains an organic matrix, and the interaction between calcite is caused by the organic matrix.Through the comparison, analysis and induction, the corresponding relationship between microbial strains and physicochemical environmental parameters and calcium carbonate characteristics was established, which provided guidance for the follow-up of typical minerals in a typical building material environment and provided a theoretical basis for the regulation of microbial mineralization processes.Based on this,it lays the foundation for the formation of the basic theory of microbial mineralized cementitious materials.
