Iranian carpets have excellent workmanship,it is a handmade carpet industry with a history spreading across thousands of years,and its development at the forefront of the world.The carpet industry in Iran is an important economic source,which brings a large amount of foreign exchange revenue to Iran,and increases the employment rate.At present,with the rapid development of China's emerging market economy,the demand for handmade carpets are steadily increasing,making it a main development object.In the Chinese market,the main marketing strategy of Iranian carpets includes product strategy,price strategy and channel strategy.In order to further expand its share in the Chinese market,further steps must be taken,such as the realization of product diversification,reasonable pricing,also to achieve diversification of channels and diversification of sales promotion model.In this thesis,the 4P theory is used to discuss the current marketing strategy of Iranian carpets in the Chinese market from product strategy,pricing strategy,distribution strategy and promotion strategy.Also using Potter's diamond model,from the four aspects of production factors,demand conditions,related industries and support industries,as well as corporate strategy,in-depth study of the national competitiveness of Iranian carpets.On this basis,the marketing survey of Iranian carpets in china.Combined with the results of the questionnaire,corresponding marketing strategy can be formulated: First,if Iran wants to get high stake market share in the huge Chinese handmade carpet market a reasonable price range must be established.Secondly,we should implement the correct product strategy,while also establish of their own brands.Third,to establish a wide range of sales channels,including through the store,but also including the online network,for the sale of carpet products.The research of this thesis is helpful to increase the export of Iranian carpets,increase the employment rates in Iran,and also help to spread the culture of Iran,and allow Iranian culture to spread across the world.It has important practical significance and value.
