A Study On The Statu And Changing Trend Of Air Environmental Quality In Shenhe District Of Shenyang

For the past few years,the speed of urbanization in Shenyang has gradually accelerated,and the social economy has made great progress,which led to a rising trend in urban energy consumption in Shenyang.At the same time,Shenhe district is greatly affected by blowing sand and floating dust in the north,the climate here is relatively dry and the annual rainfall is very rare and unevenly distributed.With the development of economy and society and the construction of urban areas,regional air pollution problems have become prominent.Shenhe district is located in the center of Shenyang,and is adjacent to Heping district,Dadong district,Hunnan district and Huanggu district,the transmission of air pollutants is interactive.Because the energy consumption of industrial enterprises is dominated by coal,annual consumption of coal increases year by year in Shenhe district of Shenyang,and the number of vehicles in Shenyang is increasing,vehicle emissions are exhausted at low altitude,which have made an increasingly significant impact on Shenyang's air quality.The government actively promotes structural emission reduction in the region,reduces pollutant emissions,and controls pollutant emissions by strengthening the supervision of air pollution sources in large power plants,which improves air quality,but the air quality problem is still severe.The quantitative analysis of five pollutants(inhalable particulate matter,fine particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide and atmospheric dustfall)in Shenhe district of Shenyang in 2014-2016 is carried out,and the air environmental quality status and the characteristics of time variation in Shenhe district are evaluated in this paper.By calculating the air pollutant load coefficient,the main air pollutants in urban area are determined.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The air environmental quality and the pollution level in Shenhe district are respectively extremely polluted and 4 in 2014,the air pollution is at alarm level.moderately polluted and 3 in 2015,the air pollution is at alert level,moderately polluted and 3 in 2016,the air pollution is at alert level.(2)The main air pollutant in Shenhe district is fine particulate matter in 2014,accounting for 24%.In 2015 the main air pollutant is still fine particulate matter,accounting for 26%,and atmospheric dustfall in 2016,accounting for 26%.(3)The annual average of inhalable particulate matter concentration decreased from 2014 to 2016.Compared with 2014,the annual average of inhalable particulate matter concentration decreased by 19.7% in 2016.The annual average of fine particulate matter concentration decreased from 2014 to 2016,and the annual average of fine particulate matter concentration decreased by 28.2% in 2016 compared with 2014.The annual average sulfur dioxide concentration decreased by 41.7% from 2014 to 2016.The annual average nitrogen dioxide concentration decreased by 9.4% from 2014 to 2015,but increased by 6.3% from 2016 to 2015,and the dustfall reduction rate reached zero for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016.The annual average of dustfall concentration showed a downward trend.The annual average of dustfall concentration in 2016 was 7.2% lower than that in 2014.
