Radial And Tangential Error Analysis Of Double Flank Measurement For Involute Cylindrical Gears | | Posted on:2019-01-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2381330593450221 | Subject:Instrument Science and Technology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The double-flank gear rolling test is widely used in the field of fast gear measurement because of its advantages of simple principle,high measurement efficiency and ability to adapt to the worse environment.It can measure radial composite deviations,but can not measure gear single deviations.The gear single deviations can be obtained by double-flank measurement based on rack probe.Generally the center distance variation curve of the double-flank gear rolling test is simulated and analyzed by analyzing the single-flank gear rolling test.The radial and tangential errors of double-flank gear rolling test are analyzed for involute cylindrical gears.The radial and tangential error curves of the double-flank gear rolling test are simulated.The simulation results are compared with the measured results of a double-flank measuring device based on rack probe.The main contents are as follows.(1)The measurement principle of double-flank gear measurement based on rack probe and the error evaluation method is described.The gear model and the gear double flank meshing model is analyzed.The equation of double flank meshing line is given in combination with the kinematic principle and the meshing equation.The error analysis is carried out according to the meshing line equation.Considering the error source of the deviation of the base circle radius and the deviation of the tooth slot half angle,the error model of gear double meshing in the involute meshing part and the top edge part is given.(2)This paper simulates the radial and tangential error curves of gear during the double-flank meshing process.The simulation software for the radial and tangential error of the gear double-flank meshing is designed,and the error curve and the profile deviation curve of the left and right tooth surface in radial and tangential direction is simulated.(3)The corresponding relationship between the deviation of the base circle radius and the profile slope deviation,the deviation of the tooth slot and the single pitch deviation is given.The simulation results and the measured results by the double-flank measurement based on rack probe is compared and analyzed. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | gear measurement, double flank, simulation, radial, tangential | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
