Tetracycline antibiotics are highly effective broad-spectrum antibacterial agents.These antibiotics are not only inexpensive,but also have significant antibacterial effects.Therefore,tetracycline antibiotics have been widely used in aquaculture and veterinary medicine to achieve the purpose of making animals grow faster and reduce animal diseases.However,excessive use of tetracycline antibiotics may cause damage to the environmental microbial system.This paper compared the quantitative sampling ability of commercial nano-zinc oxide,commercial nano-alumina and commercial nano-iron oxide to tetracycline antibiotics.The results showed that the commercial nano-zinc oxide,commercial nano-alumina and commercial nano-iron oxide had adsorption capacities of tetracycline hydrochloride of 48.20mg·g-1,38.88 mg·g-1 and 13.81 mg·g-1 respectively.Therefore,commercial nano-zinc oxide was selected as the binding agent.The results showed that the adsorption capacities of nano-zinc oxide gel for tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline were 3.96 mg·disc-1,3.01 mg·disc-1 and 4.53 mg·disc-1.The experimental results showed that nano-zinc oxide has a good quantitative sampling ability for tetracycline antibiotics.This paper explored the quantitative sampling performance of nanoZnO-DGT for tetracycline antibiotics,and explored the applicable range?pH value,ionic strength,fulvic acid concentration and tannic acid concentration?of nanoZnO-DGT device,and nanoZnO-DGT device was initially applied to the quantitative sampling of tetracycline antibiotics in water environment.The experimental results showed:when the pH value in the range of 510,the pH value had no significant influence on the quantitative sampling performance of nanoZnO-DGT device for tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline;when the concentration of NaCl is between 0.001 and 0.7 mol·L-1,the ionic strength had no significant influence on the quantitative sampling performance of nanoZnO-DGT device for tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline,indicating that the nanoZnO-DGT device can be applied to the seawater environment as well as the fresh water environment;when the mass ratio of tetracycline antibiotic to fulvic acid and tannic acid is 1:10,1:50 and 1:100,fulvic acid and tannic acid had no significant influence on the quantitative sampling performance of nanoZnO-DGT device for tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline.NanoZnO-DGT device was applied to the quantitative sampling of tetracycline antibiotics in different water samples,such as tap water,Xi Lake water and fish pond water.The experimental results showed that the base of tap water,Xi Lake water and fish pond water had no significant influence on the quantitative sampling performance of nanoZnO-DGT device for tetracycline antibiotics,indicating that the nanoZnO-DGT device has good applicability.
