Design And Implementation Of Urban Environmental Monitoring Management Information System

Along with the rapid development of the global economic and social living environment of human material is greatly improved,but the accompanying environmental pollution gradually intensified.In recent years,the sudden pollution incidents,ecological damage phenomena occur,has been a serious threat to the human living environment.With the worsening of environmental pollution and exacerbate,various countries have been aware of the dangers of environmental pollution.Environmental protection has become a problem commonly faced by the global community.However,the traditional mode of Environmental Management has been unable to meet the actual needs of today’s environmental testing,and an urgent need for an effective environmental monitoring system.In this paper,a set of management information system for environmental testing has been developed to monitor the enterprises with waste gas and wastewater in Wuhan,and to further promote and guarantee the environmental protection work in Wuhan.The main contents of this paper include the following points:(1)summarize the background and significance of the development of the project,analyze the status of the urban water environment detection and management information system at home and abroad,and describe the structure of the paper;(2)The systems such as B/S framework,J2 EE technology,and SQL Server2005 database technology are introduced in detail,as well as the modeling method of UML;(3)The overall design of the system is summarized in detail,the system requirements are analyzed,the functional design and non-functional design of each module are introduced in detail,and the E-R model of the database is analyzed;(4)The function of each sub-module is realized by code and chart,and the function of the system system system is tested,and the ability of information exchange and processing among each functional module is evaluated objectively.The stability and reliability of the system are observed through periodic operation system;(5)finally,this system is summarized,and the butt work how to carry out the discussion.This study the environmental monitoring of management information systems,environmental monitoring,disaster forecasting and planning,environmental management more standardized,information technology and automation,not only reduce the burden of environmental protection work of the staff,but also a force to enhance the level of environmental management and efficiency,promote the construction of environmental protection departments at all levels of environmentalmanagement information,the more feasible the guidance value.
