As the equipment of silicon steel production,continuous annealing furnace has the characteristics of large furnace length,large number of furnace rollers and large energy consumption.In this paper,the comprehensive energy saving problems of lightening furnace roll and reducing furnace temperature of silicon steel continuous annealing furnace are analyzed and tested.Taking the roller outside the furnace as the research object,the light weight design of the furnace roll is carried out,At the same time,measures to reduce furnace temperature are put forward to reduce energy consumption,and the feasibility of the improved scheme is verified through production experiments.The finite element model of furnace roll is established,the stress of furnace roll body is analyzed,the stress of furnace roll body under static load is obtained,and the allowable value of roll body material is compared.The optimization design of furnace roll is completed by solid works,and the weight of furnace roll body is realized.The stress and deformation of furnace roll after optimization design are analyzed,and the structure characteristics and lightweight effect of furnace roll are analyzed.In order to reduce the furnace temperature,the main factors affecting the magnetic properties of silicon steel are analyzed theoretically in this paper,and the concrete scheme to reduce the furnace temperature under the premise of guaranteeing the product quality standard is determined.The feasibility of reducing furnace temperature is verified by production experiment.This paper has a clear engineering research background and can provide reference and basis for the lightweight design of furnace roll and the improvement of heat treatment process of silicon steel continuous return furnace.
